										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Varme hveder er en tradition til store bededag, og den har endda fået et kælenavn: store hvededag. Vi har lavet vores varme hveder glutenfri, fordi ingen skal snydes.</p>
<p>Man skal dog huske at, det aldrig bliver ligesom de almindelige varme hveder &#8211; det er en umulig opgave. VI har lavet et glutenfri alternativ som ligner de luftige boller med den dejlige kardemommesmag, men de smager utrolig dejligt og får den luftige dej som alle hveder skal have.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Det veganske alternativ til æg er ikke lige så svært at finde, som mange går og tror. I en vegansk kost kan det syne begrænsende, at der ikke kan anvendes æg i madlavningen, fordi hvordan skal vi ellers få vores fars, brød og andet til at hænge sammen?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Det er heldigvis ikke så svært, fordi der findes flere forskellige veganske fødevarer, der kan anvendes som alternativer til æg i madlavningen. </span></p>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hørfrø</span></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hørfrø er gode til at binde væske, og derfor kan de bl.a. bruges som æggeerstatning. Et godt tip er at kværne frøene, så det bliver til hørfrømel. Dette gør processerne lidt hurtigere, og samtidig kan børnene heller ikke se frøene i maden. Hørfrøene blandes op med vand i forholdet 1:3, og derefter kan man enten lade dem stå i vandet og trække i en halv times tid, eller hvis det skal gå hurtigt, kan de koges op i en gryde i et minut. </span></p>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Chiafrø</span></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Chiafrø fungerer på samme måde som hørfrø, da de danner en tyk lage, når de kommer i vand. De er specielt gode til at binde ingredienser sammen, hvilket også er grunden til, at de anvendes til f.eks. grød, veggie deller og boller. Frøene blandes op med vand i forholdet 1:3 og skal gerne trække i en halv times tid. </span></p>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Loppefrøskaller</span></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Loppefrøskaller er et komplekst kulhydrat, som består af 85% kostfibre. Loppefrøskaller kan binde mere end 40 gange deres egen vægt i vand. Denne evne til at binde væske kan udnyttes i madlavningen. For eksempel er Biogans stenalderbrød (indsæt link) bundet sammen af loppefrøskaller, så der ikke skal bruges æg. </span></p>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Aqua faba</span></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Aqua faba er helt genial som vegansk æggehvide erstatning. Det er i sin enkelhed blot kogevandet fra kikærter og bønner. Du kan sagtens bruge kikærtevandet fra en dåse &#8211; og dette er i virkeligheden det bedste, hvis du vil være sikker på succesfuld aqua faba, der kan bruges som erstatning for æggehvide i f.eks. mayonnaise, marengs og kyskager. Men ved at bruge kogevandet fra dine egne kikærter, ved du præcis hvad der er i vandet.</span></p>

Vi har skiftet den traditionelle pulled pork ud med vores plantebaseret alternativ <a href="https://shop.biogan.dk/shop/jackfruit-400g-oeko-1788p.html">Jackfruit</a>, som har den helt rette konsistens til netop denne ret. Den er nem at skille fra hinanden og med krydderierne, kan man få en god røget smag! Er man mere til en almindelig burger, kan man sagtens skifte coleslaw ud med det fyld som man bedst kan lide. Vores jackfruit passer til det hele.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Veganske kødboller af seitan er et lækkert alternativ til kødboller med tomatsovs. Vi har gjort det nemt at lave veganske kødboller til hele familien. Hiv hele familien med ud i køkkenet og lav denne ret til aftensmaden. VI har brugt vores <a href="https://shop.biogan.dk/shop/hvedegluten-seitanmel-2066p.html">Seitan/hvedegluten</a> og <a href="https://shop.biogan.dk/shop/hvide-boenner-750g-1244p.html">hvide bønner.</a> &#8220;Kødbollerne&#8221; kan bruges i en lækker pastaret med tomatsovs eller som en erstatning for falafler eller linsedeller.</p>
