<p>Vores brownie med kakaonibs er utrolig nem at bage. Det eneste du skal huske er at følge opskriften og nyde duften mens den er i ovnen. Brownien må endelig ikke bage for længe. Der må gerne være en smule blød kagedej på gaflen, når du stikker i midten. Den skal nok sætte sig, når den køler.</p>
<p>Vores <a href="https://shop.biogan.dk/shop/cacao-nibs-criollo-1872p.html">kakaonibs</a> er et sundere alternativ til mørk chokolade, men smager lige så godt og fungerer utrolig lækkert i bagværk og som en lille snack.</p>

Vi bruger tit vores dadelmasse i bagværk, da vi slipper for at blende de almindelige dadler. Vores dadelmasse kan både bruges i bagværk, men det kan også bruges som pålæg på et stykke brød.</p>
