Faktisk er de utrolig gode til de kødfrie aftener hvor en salat kræver lidt mere fyld &#8211; og det bedste er at de mætter helt vildt! Vi har lavet denne lækre salat med vores speltris, men det gode er at de kan komme i hvilken som helt salat. Denne er dog utrolig hurtig at lave til de travle hverdage vi alle sammen kender alt for godt!</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pilaf er oprindeligt en ret eller tilbehør, der bliver tilberedt med langkornede ris, vi har dog lavet vores egen udgave og kaldt den &#8220;Sorghum Pilaf&#8221;. Den har sin oprindelse i Tyrkiet, men spises utrolig mange steder i verden. Vi har lavet den med <a href="https://shop.biogan.dk/shop/hel-sorghum-500g-1196p.html">Hel Sorghum</a> i stedet for ris, da det har et højt indhold af mineraler. Generelt kan hel Sorghum erstatte ris i mange retter.</p>
<p>Den har en utrolig lækker og frisk smag og kan justeres med præcis hvad du vil have i retten.</p>

Lad det koge under låg ved medium varme i 45-60 minutter.
